Hand/Wrist/Elbow Trifecta

Have you heard of tennis/golf elbow or carpal tunnel syndrome? These issues may arise from repetitive work, overuse, weakness, poor flexibility, sustained postures, and/or excessive compression. Activities that strengthen and mobilize the hand/wrist can help avoid these issues by improving their ability to tolerate various movements.

Stretching, strengthening, and massage are excellent ways to prevent and treat pain. See the 3 activities below to start your journey of building healthy hands and wrists!

Hammers

Executive Stretch

Forearm Massage

REPETITION IS KEY

Focus on incorporating these activities into your daily routines. Try performing a few repetitions every time you do a semi-frequent activity such as checking your phone, using the restroom, or filling up your water bottle/coffee mug. Start small... keep it simple... a little a day keeps the pain away. Enjoy the journey!
