Hip Trifecta

Does your hip hurt during everyday tasks or exercise? Often, our hips can get tight from static standing or sitting postures. This can lead to non-flexible musculature or a tight hip joint. Activities that strengthen and mobilize the hip can help avoid these issues by improving the ability to tolerate various movements.

Try performing a few repetitions every time you do a semi-frequent activity such as checking your phone, using the restroom, or filling up your water bottle/coffee mug.
